We are where the beef is. We have rounds, chucks, loins, ribs, flank, tails, and bones.
We can cut them as roasts, chops, steaks, stews, cutlets, and anything in betwix. |

Our pork selections include: Shoulders, loins, ribs, hocs, and feet.
These can be cut into everything from fine crown roasts to backyard pulled pork. If you are looking for Boston butt
or stuffed center cut chops we have it for you. |

Poultry is a staple of the American diet and we have what you want. Breasts, legs, wings, whole, and halves,
as well as locally raised whole chickens from Wendels Farms. |

We also carry an assortment of lamb. Legs, loin, racks, and shoulders.
Several times a year we also aquire lambs raised in Amherst from our good friend Quinton. |
